Clear

Mauvinyl is a cost effective vinyl copolymer emulsion paint with good hiding power. Mauvinyl is easy to apply and dries to a matt finish. It is recommended for ceilings and other interior surfaces subject to low wear and tear conditions.

Ensure surfaces are sound, clean, dry and free from dirt, grease and any other contaminants before painting. Seal with Mauvilac Clear Emulsion Binder on powdery or absorbent surfaces to get a sound surface for proper adhesion of VIP Satin. For panel wood or ceiling boards, apply Mauvilac Wood Primer, then sand down the surface and dust off prior to painting.

Apply by roller or brush onto clean and dry surface. Thin down with water as required depending on mode of application. Stir well. Do not overthin. One litre will cover between 7 and 9m2 of surface. Approximately 30 minutes to touch dry, can be over-coated after approximately 3 hours.
