  2. We reserve the right to cancel any orders in case of non-payment

Purchasing Products

  1. After you place an order, you shall receive an email acknowledging that your order has been received detailing the Products ordered and giving an estimated date for delivery.
  2. We will confirm our acceptance of your order by sending you an email that confirms that the Order has been accepted once verifications are completed on our side.
  3. All Products on our site are subject to availability. We will inform you by email as soon as possible if the Products ordered are not available and we will not be able to process any orders. If you have already paid for the Product, we will refund you as soon as reasonably possible
  4. We will not be liable for the late or non-delivery of the products or for any loss, damage and/or prejudice suffered as a result of any incorrect delivery or other information you have provided us or occasioned by events beyond our reasonable control.

  1. For all orders, you will be able to choose a pickup point. Mauvilac Industries Ltd reserves the right to remove any or add any additional pickup points.

  1. For all orders, you will be able to choose your delivery location as agreed with Mauvilac Industries Ltd
  2. New Delivery locations need prior approval by Mauvilac Industries ltd prior to your orders.
  3. Next possible date for your delivery at the chosen address shall be given to you at checkout

Return Policy

  1. Once sold, goods cannot be returned to us unless otherwise agreed and returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. However, for any complaints pertaining to product quality or defects, a complaint can be lodged by sending an email at [email protected] or by calling us at 206 4700. All complaints will be duly addressed and taken into consideration

Technical problems on the website

  1. While we try to provide you with the best service possible, we cannot guarantee that the service will be free from technical issues. Should you experience any technical problem, please contact our Customer Service and we will remedy the situation as soon as reasonably possible.
