Mauvilac Quick Setting Cement is a versatile filler for interior or exterior use on masonry, concrete, brickwork, stone, cement rendering, and paving. It sets rock-hard in minutes and even sets underwater making it ideal for drains, ponds, and resetting bolts or brackets. Easy to use and designed for repairing faulty masonry with obvious structural defects, it delivers excellent results for both professionals and DIY enthusiasts.

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or loose material. Slightly widen narrow cracks into a ‘V’ shape for better adhesion

  • Mixing: Combine 1 part water with 3 parts powder and mix to a smooth, lump-free paste. Use within 10 minutes.
  • Application: Apply with a scraper or trowel, pressing well into the repair. Level off within 5 minutes. Does not sand easily once set.
  • Drying Time: Sets rock-hard in minutes; allow 30 minutes before over-coating (longer in cold or humid conditions).
  • Suitable Surfaces: Masonry, concrete, brickwork, stone, cement rendering, paving (not for metal or friable surfaces).
  • Top Coating: Apply Mauvilith Sealer with your chosen topcoat.
  • Cleaning: Wash tools immediately with warm water.
  • Health & Safety: Avoid contact with skin or eyes. Use protective gear, ensure ventilation, and do not empty into drains. Contains no added lead. Wet sanding should be used wherever possible.
  • Storage & Handling: Keep upright and out of children’s reach. Store in a cool, dry place and reseal after use.
