Mauvilac MultiPurpose Crackfiller Ready Mixed sets to a grey weatherproof finish in 60 mins and has been formulated to give a tough weatherproof finish. It is drillable, accepts bolts & screws, and is very easy to use. Ideal for interior & exterior filling jobs.

Ensure surfaces are clean, not powdery, or friable.

  • Ready-mixed – stir until homogeneous with a flat paddle.
  • Surface Temperature should be between 10 – 35°C. Relative Humidity between 10 – 85 % OR 2ºC above dew point minimum.
  • Press the filler into the crack with a scraper, smoothing off with wet scraper.
  • Do not overfill and ensure filler is level with the surface being filled. For deeper repairs above 10mm, build up in layers allowing the product to dry between layers. If necessary, sand down when fully dry.
  • Drying Time: 60 minutes at 23ºC.
  • Recoating Time: 6 hours at 23ºC but preferably overnight. (Drying times will be extended during cold, wet or humid conditions.)

Precautions:

  • Do not apply during cold (below 10°C) or wet weather.
  • Not suitable for direct application to powdery or friable surfaces whether previously painted or not.
  • Always use clean utensils and ensure that mixing vessel or surface has no residues.
  • To prolong shelf life, reseal tub after use, and store in a cool, dry place.
